TERMS OF SERVICE

01Agreement

By creating an account or using KREATORSCLAN you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

02Who can use it

• You must be 18 or older.
• To claim jobs you need an Instagram Business or Creator account that you own or control, connected to KREATORSCLAN.
• The information you give us must be true and up to date, including your payout details.
• One account per person.

03Instagram

When you connect Instagram, you allow us to read the information described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time. KREATORSCLAN is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta.

04Jobs and claims

• We post jobs on behalf of brands. Each job says what is needed: the content format, required tags or mentions, caption notes, deadline, number of slots and payout.
• Claiming a job reserves one of its slots on a first come, first served basis. Some jobs are limited to certain niches.
• You can withdraw a claim before you submit your post. Once you have submitted, the claim stays in review until we decide.
• We can close, edit or remove jobs at any time.

05Submitting and review

• Post your content on your own Instagram account as the job asks, then submit the link to your live post before the deadline.
• We check your post against the brief. We may approve it, reject it with a note explaining what to fix, or ask you to resubmit.
• Our decision on whether a post meets the brief is final, though we're happy to explain it. Email us if you think we got it wrong.
• Posts must be your own, lawful, and not misleading. Follow Instagram's rules and the advertising disclosure rules that apply in India, for example by marking paid posts as required by the brief.

06Payments

• The payout for a job is the amount shown on that job, plus any reimbursement it states.
• After a post is approved, our team pays you by UPI or bank transfer to the details in your profile. Payments are made manually, so they are not instant.
• You are responsible for keeping your payout details correct. We are not responsible for a payment sent to details you gave us.
• You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn. Where the law requires it, we may deduct tax or report payments.
• We may hold or refuse a payment if a submission breaks these terms, the brief, or the law.

07Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create. You promise that you have the right to use everything in it, such as music, images and footage.

Because your post is public on Instagram, the brand and KREATORSCLAN may view and share it to show the campaign. If a brand needs more rights, such as using your post in ads, the job brief will say so, and by claiming that job you agree to it.

08Brands

Sending the Partner with us form is only an enquiry. It does not create a contract. Campaigns, budgets and payment terms are agreed with us separately before a job goes live.

09What is not allowed

• Fake accounts, buying followers or engagement, or submitting posts that are not yours.
• Giving false information, or trying to trick the checking or payment process.
• Misusing the platform: scraping it, attacking it, or trying to get at other people's data.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing our team, other creators or brands.

If you break these rules we can suspend or close your account and withhold payments that were not properly earned.

10Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your Profile. A claim that is waiting for review or payment has to be settled first. What happens to your data is explained on the Data Deletion page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

11No promises about earnings

KREATORSCLAN is provided as it is. We can't promise that jobs will always be available, that you will earn any particular amount, or that the service will always run without interruption. You are an independent creator, not our employee.

12Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility to you for anything connected with a job is limited to the payout owed to you for that job. Nothing in these terms limits anything that the law says cannot be limited.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If we have a disagreement, please email us first so we can try to sort it out. If we can't, the courts in India with jurisdiction over the matter can decide it.

14Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and for important changes we will tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use KREATORSCLAN after a change means you accept it.
