01Delete your account in the app

This is the fastest way and it happens straight away:

1. 1Log in to KREATORSCLAN.
2. 2Open Profile.
3. 3Scroll down to the Danger zone and choose Delete account.
4. 4Follow the prompts and confirm.

Deleting an account can't be undone.

02What is removed

• Your name, profile and profile photo.
• Your Instagram connection and the access token we hold, plus the Instagram details we saved (username, follower count, average views, profile picture).
• Your phone / WhatsApp number and your payout details (UPI ID, bank account number, IFSC and account holder name).
• Your niches, saved jobs, notifications and push notification subscriptions.
• Your login. The account can no longer be used.

03What we keep, and why

We keep the record of jobs you claimed and the payments made to you, because the law requires us to keep financial records. After deletion this record is no longer linked to your name or contact details.

04When you can't delete yet

If you have a post waiting for review, or an approved job that has not been paid yet, that has to be settled first so you don't lose money you're owed. Once it is done, you can delete your account. If you're stuck, email us and we'll help.

05If you can't log in

Email hello@kreatorsclan.com from the email address on your account, and tell us you want your account deleted. We may ask you to confirm it's you. We will delete it as soon as we reasonably can.

06Remove the Instagram connection

You can disconnect Instagram without deleting your account, or remove our access from Instagram's side:

1. 1Open Instagram and go to Settings.
2. 2Choose Apps and websites.
3. 3Find KREATORSCLAN and remove it.

Deleting your KREATORSCLAN account also removes the Instagram access token we hold.

07Brands who used the Partner form

If you filled in our Partner with us form and want your enquiry deleted, email hello@kreatorsclan.com and we'll remove it.
