We collect what we need to let you claim jobs, check your posts and pay you: your details, your Instagram profile numbers, your post links and your payout details. We don't sell your data or show ads. You can delete your account any time, and you can email us for anything else.
01Who we are
KREATORSCLAN ("we", "us") runs a platform where brands' paid Instagram jobs are claimed and completed by creators in India. This policy explains what personal information we handle and why.
For anything about your data, including questions, corrections, copies and deletion, email hello@kreatorsclan.com. That one address is how you reach us for everything.
02What we collect
From creators:
- Account details: your name, email address and password. Your password is stored only as a secure hash by our login provider, so we can't see it.
- Phone / WhatsApp number: so we can reach you about jobs and payments.
- Your profile: the niches you choose, your preferred content format, the follower count you enter before connecting Instagram, and the profile photo you upload.
- Payout details: your UPI ID, or your bank account number, IFSC code and account holder name, plus a record of each payment (amount, date, method and any note).
- Your activity: the jobs you save or claim, the post links you submit, review results and notes, and your notifications.
- Push notifications, only if you turn them on: your browser's push subscription (an address and keys used to reach your browser).
From Instagram, when you connect your account:
- Your username, account type (Business or Creator), profile photo, follower count, and the average views on your recent posts.
- When you submit a job, the caption and link of the post you submit, so we can check it against the brand's brief.
- We only ask Instagram for two permissions: instagram_business_basic and instagram_business_manage_insights. We do not post for you, read your messages or comments, or see your password.
- The access token Instagram gives us is kept on our servers and is never sent to your browser. We use it to refresh your numbers and check your submissions.
From brands, when they use the Partner with us form: brand and contact name, role, email, phone number, website, Instagram handle, and the details of the campaign they describe.
Technical information: like most services, our hosting and login providers keep basic logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We use cookies only to keep you logged in (see below).
03How we use it
- To run KREATORSCLAN: create your account, show you jobs, let you claim and submit them, check posts against briefs, review submissions and pay you.
- To contact you about your jobs, payouts, problems with your account, and important changes.
- To keep the platform safe: preventing fake accounts, fraud and misuse.
- To respond to brands who contact us and to set up campaigns with them.
- To improve the service, for example by fixing what breaks and understanding which features are used.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show advertising or use advertising trackers.
04Who can see it
- Our team: the people who run KREATORSCLAN can see your profile, submissions, contact details and payout details, because they review posts and make payments.
- Brands: the posts you make are public on Instagram, so anyone, including the brand, can see them. We do not give brands your payout details, phone number or email address.
- Service providers who help us run the platform, and only for that purpose: Supabase (database and login), Cloudflare (storing uploaded photos), our web hosting provider, and your browser's push service if you turn on push notifications.
- Meta / Instagram, as the source of the Instagram information you choose to connect.
- Authorities, if we are legally required to share information.
06How long we keep it
- Your account information is kept while your account is open.
- When you delete your account, your profile, Instagram connection, payout details, saved jobs, notifications and push subscriptions are removed straight away. See the Data Deletion page for exactly what happens.
- Payment records are kept after deletion because the law requires us to keep financial records. They are no longer linked to you personally.
- Brand enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to follow up. Ask us to delete yours at any time.
07Your choices
- See and edit your details in your Profile.
- Disconnect Instagram from your Profile. You can also remove KREATORSCLAN in Instagram under Settings, then Apps and websites.
- Turn push notifications on or off with the bell button in the app.
- Delete your account from Profile, then Delete account.
- Ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing us. We will reply as soon as we reasonably can.
08Keeping it safe
We use encrypted connections, restrict who can access data, and keep secrets like Instagram tokens on the server side. No online service can promise perfect security, so please use a strong, unique password.
09Age
KREATORSCLAN is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think we have, email us and we will remove it.
10Where data is processed
Our service providers may store and process information on servers outside India. We choose providers that protect data appropriately.
11Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. For important changes we will also tell you in the app or by email.
